Well before we left for St. Louis to celebrate Thanksgiving with the Bells, BB and Pawpaw surprised E with an early bday present. She LOVES it! And so do the boys :)
She has many modes of transportation. Dada horseback rides round three.
Uncle Stephen came to visit the Friday before we left on Monday. It was a short trip to see Mizzou beat Ole Miss...boo! But even if we had to lose, at least we got to see this guy! He and Kate will be welcoming their own little footie pj wearing bundle any day now!
Then we loaded up and headed north on I-55!
Loads of love awaited.
And laughs as well :)
Sweet cousins...Emerson was loved on every waking moment!
Sweet Susanna was the hostess with the mostess! So thankful for all she did to serve us. 17 people were in her house for almost a week!!! She gets a gold medal.
We ended the week with fun and games at the Holley house. Too much fun!!! All sorts of shananigans went on during those games. What fun memories we made! Carter had more fun than anyone there, and we have the trophy displayed in his room to prove it.
I have so much to be thankful for this year. My beautiful family, my wonderful hub and precious kiddos, food to eat, clothes to wear, sweet community here in Oxford, and most importantly my salvation made possible by my savior, Jesus. Oh how i can't wait to celebrate him this month, all month long! My most favorite month of the year. Let the Happy Birthday, Jesus celebrations begin! Fa la la la laaaaaaa!!!!!!
Who is most excited about all the Christmas celebrating? This little buddy! He put on over half the ornaments and put up almost all my decorations. And the excitement over our Advent Jesse Tree every night is through the roof. This guy loves Christmas just like his mama and is already begging to make cookies and decorate gingerbread houses! My kinda kid.
Emerson's turn to fall in love with the Christmas tree. She is fascinated just like her brothers were at one year. I love watching her try and figure out what is going on. Hard to believe she wasn't even here this time last year! Wow. So much can happen in one year.
Wait. Are there seriously presents under your tree?? So impressed over here!!! Love these pics!
