Surprise Birthday Cake

I had this picture printed at Schnucks on sugar paper and made this cake for Joel for his birthday. We had reservations to go to Fleming's Steakhouse Wednesday night, so I took it up there that afternoon and asked them if they would bring it out after we ate dinner with the candles lit. Joel was shocked when they put it in front of him. What a fun surprise! I loved seeing his jaw drop when he saw his little buddy on a cake just for him. Kids make special occasions so easy to be creative.
